It’s their skilful knack for putting people at ease that’s one of the reasons dance fitness studio At Your Beat has become such a phenomenon in the capital. It's because AYB founder Joelle D’Fontaine gets it.
“I remember going to my first ever proper dance class in my twenties,” he recalls. “I’d never had training and it was a professional class full of quite scary serious people. It wasn’t a warm or welcoming environment and I can see why people are often hesitant to go.
