Debris Stevenson is a playwright, poet, lyricist, dancer and performer.

 

Recognised for our previous success securing press for gritty, urban and youth orientated arts shows, we were asked by The Royal Court Theatre to come on board to help promote Debris' stunning new play Poet In Da Corner.

 

The semi biographical play centres around a young woman's journey to find herself, at that time in your life when discovering a new song or musician can change your whole world. It is intensely emotional and deals with sexuality, race and religion. 

 

As well as stepping in to help drive pre - show press,  we arranged for a number of high profile journalists to attend and review the play. It was extremely well received and subsequently has been recommissioned for a full UK tour in 2020!
