It is home to Disco Barre, the hardcore ballet barre workout to underground house and disco and is currently the only studio in London offering the ORIGINAL Lotte Berk Technique as well as some other seriously fun barre classes. The studio aim is to create a safe space devoid of pretension and intimidation to help you gain confidence in your body, move with greater freedom and fluidity and help you to cope with the demands of day to day life with an emphasis on how you feel, rather than how you look.
